The perovskite crystal comprises one or more perovskite grains, the perovskite grain comprises a core portion and a passivation layer located on at least part of a surface of the core portion, the core portion comprises a first perovskite component, and the passivation layer comprises a second perovskite component. The perovskite cell has high stability and high photoelectric conversion efficiency.
