Abstract
The invention relates to plant extract composition obtained by the use of multicomponent NADES wherein Choline bitartrate is used as one of the NADES components. It provides a preparation method for extracting biocomponents from specific plants to obtain a ready-to-use food extracts. The sensory properties of plant-based NADES extracts comprising choline bitartrate are superior to those comprising choline chloride.
