Abstract
The present disclosure provides a formulation of human pluripotent stem cell-derived islets, which is capable of maintaining the structure and biological activity of the human pluripotent stem cell-derived islets during transportation; and said formulation could be used in the manufacture of injections, the final product of injections meets the requirements including sterility, apyrogenicity, safety and stability.
