Abstract

The present invention relates to a bispecific antibody construct for use in treating non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in a subject, optionally in combination with an immune checkpoint inhibitor, wherein the bispecific antibody construct is administered in a loading dose for a first period of time, and is then administered in a maintenance dose for a second period of time, wherein the loading dose is higher than the maintenance dose. Also provided are compositions comprising an immune checkpoint inhibitor and a bispecific antibody construct and there use in treating non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in a subject and methods of stratifying and treating a tumor patient, comprising determining the type of tumor of the patient, and electing patients diagnosed with NSCLC for treatment with the bispecific antibody construct.
