Abstract

The present invention relates to a bispecific antibody construct and/or a VEGFR-2 inhibitor and/or an immune checkpoint inhibitor for use in a method of treating a tumor in a subject, wherein the bispecific antibody construct comprises at least one first binding domain capable of specifically binding CD16A and at least one second binding domain capable of specifically binding EGFR, wherein the method comprises administering to the subject the bispecific antibody construct, the VEGFR-2 inhibitor, and the immune checkpoint inhibitor. The invention further relates to corresponding (pharmaceutical) compositions and combination comprising the bispecific antibody construct and/or a VEGFR-2 inhibitor and/or an immune checkpoint inhibitor.
