Abstract

A forming device includes a first die and a second die for forming a metal material, in which the first die and the second die have a quenching mode adjustment region that adjusts a quenching mode of at least a partial region of the metal material, and in the quenching mode adjustment region, one die of the first die and the second die is provided with a quenching mechanism that only performs quenching on the metal material, and the other die of the first die and the second die is provided with a non-quenching mechanism that does not perform the quenching on the metal material.
