Abstract
A method for manufacturing a non-crimp fabric includes providing a plurality of layers of continuous fibers (10, 20) held together by stitch threads (30) and applying a binder (40, 50) between adjacent layers of the plurality of layers of continuous fibers and on an outer layer of the plurality of layers of continuous fibers, wherein the binder has an activation temperature below a melting temperature of the stitch threads.
