Abstract
The present invention belongs to the fields of medicine and detection, and relates to an antibody against estradiol immunocomplex and kit thereof. The antibody of the present invention is capable of specifically binding to estradiol immunocomplex, but incapable of binding to estradiol alone or to estradiol-specific antibody alone. A kit prepared using the antibody of the present invention is capable of effectively measuring estradiol with extremely high sensitivity and specificity.
