Abstract
The bioreactor comprises: a cell culture chamber configured to house a structure for accommodating a cell source and intended to promote cell culture; a transmitting transducer configured to emit an ultrasonic wave in the direction of the structure; a receiving transducer facing the transmitting transducer and configured to receive the ultrasonic wave once it has passed through the structure; and a fluid circuit intended to pass through the structure in order to generate a shear stress on the surface thereof to facilitate the generation and differentiation of cells, wherein the fluid circuit comprises a peristaltic pump.
