Abstract

The invention relates to a cooling circuit (12) for a vehicle (10), comprising:- a main mover (11),- a coolant for cooling said main mover (11), and- at least one coolant expansion system (16),wherein the at least one coolant expansion system (16) is a lyophobic heterogeneous system including a nanoporous material, the coolant being a non-wetting liquid on the porous material at a standard pressure of the coolant and capable to enter the nanoporous material upon an increase in coolant pressure.
