Abstract

The present invention relates to a refrigerator having a vacuum insulator, and may include: a refrigerator main body in which storage chambers are provided, and in which a first panel, a second panel and a third panel that form the storage chambers are provided; and shelves provided inside the storage chambers. The present invention can include a joint that is made from a insulating material and blocks a corner forming a boundary between the first panel and the second panel. The present invention includes a shelf support frame for supporting the shelves. Each of the first panel, the second panel and the third panel is formed of a vacuum insulator by including: a first plate disposed to face the storage chamber; a second plate which is spaced apart from the first plate, and which forms a vacuum space part with the first plate; a sealing part for sealing the first plate and the second plate; and supports for supporting the first plate and the second plate. Therefore, loss of cold air through a boundary region between adjacent heat-insulating walls forming the storage chamber can be inhibited.
