Abstract

Disclosed is a refrigerator. The refrigerator includes a main body, a second storage chamber joint, and a component coupler. The main body includes a first plate, a second plate, and a supporter. The first plate is disposed toward the second storage chamber. The second plate is disposed toward the outside of the second storage chamber. The supporter forms a vacuum space between the first plate and the second plate, and supports the first plate and the second plate. The second storage chamber joint may be made of a material different from that of the first plate. At least two panels that form the second storage chamber are disposed at a corner portion connected thereto. The component coupler fastens the second storage chamber joint to the first plate on the corner portion. Accordingly, the second storage chamber joint not only can block heat leakage at the corner portion of the main body, but also can be easily fastened to one side of the main body including a vacuum heat insulator panel.
