Abstract

A measurement method includes measuring fluorescent light emitted from fluorescent dyes (2002) of each of a plurality of fine particles (2001) that are bound with the fluorescent dyes, and measuring reference light emitted from each of the plurality of fine particles, acquiring a ratio of particles for which both the fluorescent light from the fluorescent dyes and the reference light are detected in the plurality of fine particles, and acquiring a statistical value of a fluorescence amount of the fluorescent dyes based on the fluorescence amount of the fluorescent dyes and the ratio of the particles.
