Abstract

A battery analysis apparatus according to an embodiment disclosed in this document may include an acquisition unit configured to acquire time-series voltage data of a plurality of battery cells, a calculation unit configured to calculate the average voltage of the plurality of battery cells and the voltage deviations between each of the plurality of battery cells based on the time-series voltage data, a generation unit configure to generate entropy-voltage data representing the voltage deviations as entropy values based on the voltage deviations of the plurality of battery cells, and a diagnostic unit configured to diagnose abnormalities in the plurality of battery cells based on the entropy-voltage data.
