Abstract
In a laser Raman microscope, a monochromatic excitation light beam emitted by a laser oscillator is reflected by an alignment mirror, transmitted through a first beam splitter, reflected by a rejection filter, and irradiates a sample via an objective lens. The monochromatic excitation light beam propagates backward to and is reflected by the first beam splitter, and enters an AF control unit. Here, the positional deviation between the focus of the objective lens and the sample is corrected. Raman-scattered light scattered by the sample is guided to a spectrometer, and the spectrometer spectrally resolves the Raman-scattered light. A detector detects the spectrally resolved light. Illumination light from an illumination lamp irradiates the sample through a movable reflecting mirror disposed in an optical path of scattered light transmitted through the rejection filter, and an observation camera images reflected light representing the surface shape of the sample.
