Abstract

An information processing apparatus includes an acquisition interface and a controller. The acquisition interface acquires a question from a user. Upon acquiring the question regarding know-how inputted by the user through the acquisition interface, the controller acquires, from a database storing a plurality of pieces of know-how information, one or more pieces of know-how information according to the content of the question. The controller displays an answer to the question based on specific know-how information included in the one or more pieces of know-how information. The controller further determines the necessity of modification to the specific know-how information, based on a response of the user to the answer.
