Abstract

The present invention makes it possible to easily and appropriately provide a user with selectable requirements for a target system to be implemented. A system implementation support apparatus 100 for supporting selection of requirements when a target system is implemented comprises a CPU 201 and a storage 205. The storage 205 is configured to store, for the target system, a plurality of candidate requirement sets each including system configuration information indicating a system configuration, a safety level in the system configuration, and operational requirement information including one or more operational requirements in the system configuration. The CPU 201 is configured to calculate a cost and productivity and/or convenience for each of the candidate requirement sets, and display, for each of the candidate requirement sets in an identifiable manner, a combination of the cost, productivity and/or convenience, and the safety level in the system configuration, as trade-off factors.
