Abstract

A method performed by an information processing apparatus includes identifying, based on personnel information on a plurality of employees, each employee who has a first event scheduled, which is an event that changes an area of work responsibility, determining, for each employee identified, a schedule of each employee to perform a second event, which is an event that collects know-how information from the employee, prior to a scheduled date of the first event, and storing, linked to each employee, the know-how information collected through the second event, in a database.
