Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a negative electrode (20) for a rechargeable lithium battery (100), a wound-type electrode assembly (40) including the negative electrode, and a rechargeable lithium battery including the negative electrode. The present disclosure relates to a negative electrode for a lithium battery, the negative electrode including a negative electrode current collector (COL2), a first negative electrode active material layer (NAL1) on a first surface of the negative electrode current collector, and a second negative electrode active material layer (NAL2) and a third negative electrode active material layer (NAL3) stacked on a second surface of the negative electrode current collector.
