Abstract

The present application provides an electrochemical apparatus and an electronic apparatus. The electrochemical apparatus includes a wound electrode assembly and an electrolyte. The wound electrode assembly includes a positive electrode sheet, a negative electrode sheet, and a separator. The separator is provided between the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet. The positive electrode sheet includes a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode material layer located on a surface of the positive electrode current collector. The negative electrode sheet includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode material layer located on a surface of the negative electrode current collector. The positive electrode current collector is an aluminum foil, a thickness of the positive electrode current collector is Ha µm, a tensile strength of the positive electrode current collector is Ta MPa, the negative electrode current collector is a copper foil, a thickness of the negative electrode current collector is Hc µm, a tensile strength of the negative electrode current collector is Tc MPa, and a conductivity of the electrolyte is S mS/cm, satisfying: 1.6≤Ta×Ha/(Tc×Hc)+0.1S≤3. Through the above settings, the safety performance of the electrochemical apparatus can be improved.
