Abstract

A buffer member (10), a battery cell (100), a battery (1000), and an electrical apparatus (2000). The buffer member (10) is used inside the battery cell (100), and the battery cell (100) comprises an electrode assembly (20). The buffer member (10) comprises: a first surface (11) and a second surface (12) which are arranged opposite to each other; and through channels (14) penetrating through the first surface (11) and the second surface (12), wherein the buffer member (10) can be compressed for buffering the expansion of the electrode assembly (20), and the through channels (14) are used for increasing the compressibility of the buffer member (10).
