Abstract

A connector includes a first insulator having a first support surface, a second insulator having a second support surface, a contact member held by the second insulator and having a contact portion exposed at the second support surface, and a hold mechanism holding the contact portion toward the first support surface, the first insulator having a first through hole penetrating the first insulator from the first support surface to a bottom surface of the first insulator at a position corresponding to the contact portion, the hold mechanism having a boss passing through the first through hole to a bottom surface side of the first insulator and holding the contact portion toward the first support surface by use of the boss.
