Abstract

To provide a control device, a control system, and a control method that enable control through a virtual network to be executed more stably. A control device according to the present embodiment is a control device configured to periodically execute control using a plurality of virtual networks, and includes a memory part, a selector, and a communicator. The memory part is configured to store therein control data used for the control. The selector is configured to select a virtual network used for the control from a plurality of virtual networks according to an attribute of the control data. The communicator is configured to transmit the control data using a virtual network selected by the selector.
