Abstract
A terminal according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a transmitting section that transmits a potential cell switch command indicating there is a possibility for cell switch to be performed; and a control section that switches a serving cell to a target cell indicated in the potential cell switch command. An aspect of the present disclosure enables cell switch to be appropriately performed.
