Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an access method and apparatus, a communication device, a communication system, and a storage medium. The access method comprises: a terminal receives first information of a second cell from a first cell, wherein the second cell has overlapping coverage with the first cell, or the coverage of the second cell is adjacent to the coverage of the first cell; the first information is used for the terminal to access the second cell; and the second cell is a cell in a dormant state, or the second cell does not send at least one of the following content: a synchronization signal/PBCH block (SSB), a system information block (SIB), and a paging message.
