Abstract

Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for multiple connections in a communication system. The method of a terminal includes the steps of: performing a connection procedure with each of a first network and a second network on the basis of a multi-connectivity function; performing uplink communication with the first network and the second network; calculating a power reduction in the uplink communication with respect to at least one of the first network or the second network; and determining whether to perform the uplink communication on the basis of the power reduction.
