Abstract
An embodiment of the present invention discloses a tandem solar cell including a first photoelectric conversion unit, a second photoelectric conversion unit on the first photoelectric conversion unit, and an intermediate layer positioned between the first photoelectric conversion unit and the second photoelectric conversion unit and electrically connecting the first photoelectric conversion unit to the second photoelectric conversion unit. The first photoelectric conversion unit includes a first photoelectric conversion layer and a first doped layer positioned on a first surface of the first photoelectric conversion layer and between the first photoelectric conversion layer and the intermediate layer. Surface roughness of a second surface is greater than surface roughness of the first surface.
