Abstract

Provided is a beverage that enables improvement of an unpleasant sensation of sweetness that remains on the tongue and/or a reduction in the sensation of refreshness. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a beverage that contains: cinnamic acid, a cinnamic acid derivative, or a combination thereof; an acidifier; and a sweetener; wherein the content of at least one of the cinnamic acid, the cinnamic acid derivative, or a combination thereof is 0.01-4 mg/100 g, and the acidity in terms of citric acid is 0.65-2.5 g/100 g.
