Abstract

An aerosol-generating device includes a housing including a battery accommodation space, a heater located inside the housing and configured to heat an aerosol-generating material, a battery detachably coupled to the battery accommodation space, configured to supply power to the heater, and including at least one accommodation groove, and at least one fixing member arranged in the battery accommodation space and configured to fix battery to the battery accommodation space by being coupled to the at least one accommodation groove when the battery is coupled to the battery accommodation space, wherein a shape of the at least one fixing member is changed to be decoupled from the at least one accommodation groove when a temperature reaches a designated first temperature or greater while being coupled to the at least one accommodation groove.
