Abstract

A personal hydration device (1) has a reservoir (2) defining an internal compartment (3) configured to receive a drink fluid. The reservoir (2) contains a fill port (4) configured to allow the drink fluid to be added to or removed from the internal compartment (3). A cap assembly (5) is configured to selectively close the fill port (4), the cap assembly (5) further having an exit port (13) configured to allow drink fluid to exit from the internal compartment (3). An elongate drink tube (26) with a first end region configured to be connected to the exit port (13) for receiving drink fluid therefrom, and a second end region distal from the first end region and configured to dispense the drink fluid.
