Abstract
The present invention relates to a kitchen machine (1) comprising- a container (2) with a bottom (3),- a heating device (4) with a heating element (5) which is or can be connected to the bottom (3) of the container (2) in a heat-transferring manner via a contact surface (6),- a spring device (7) which preloads the heating element (5) against the bottom (3) of the container (2),- wherein a heat-expanding element (8) is provided which is connected to the heating element (5) in a heat-transferring manner and and increases a preloading of the heating element (5) against the bottom (3) of the container (2) with increasing temperature.This makes it possible to carry out a cooking process more quickly and in an energy-saving manner.
