Abstract

The present invention relates to an implantable medical device (1), comprising: a header (10) comprising a header body (11) having a cavity (12), and a sealing plug (2) arranged in the cavity (12) to seal the cavity (12), wherein the sealing plug (2) is retained in the cavity (12) by an undercut (120) comprised by the cavity (12). According to the invention, the undercut (120) is formed by a plate (3) connected to the header body (11), the plate (3) comprising a through-hole (30) providing access to the cavity (12) for arranging the sealing plug (2) therein through the through-hole (30).
