Abstract
A training belt for practising football techniques, finding application in improving football skills. The training belt for practicing football techniques comprising a shield, a carrier belt, and a frame is wherein the shield (1) is made of waterproof synthetic fabric and is maintained in an extended position by a frame (3) placed in a tunnel (4); the shield (1) has an upper part curved in an arc and a lower cutout, forming a shape that restricts the user's field of vision; the frame (3) is made of spring wire and is detachably connected to the carrier belt (2), which has fastenings (6) for the end of the frame (3).
