Abstract
A shim plate according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a first side end portion in the shape of a plate provided on one side; a second side end portion in the shape of a plate provided on the other side; and at least one rib provided between the first side end portion and the second side end portion, arranged parallel to the first side end portion and the second side end portion, and configured to have at least one step in a longitudinal direction.
