Abstract

The present invention relates to jigs for the production of aluminium bicycle frames. Therefore, the welding jig (10) comprises: a base structure (40); at least one displaceable tube gripping module (41) and a displacement interface member (42) for each displaceable tube gripping module (41), wherein said displacement interface member (42) is disposed between the base structure (40) and the respective displaceable gripping module (41) and attached thereto in such a way that, in operation, it provides spatial displacement, in three dimensions, of the displaceable gripping module (41) relative to the base structure (40). The invention also relates to a system and a process for producing bicycle frames using said jigs.
