Abstract
The present disclosure provides a decorative member comprising a metal substrate and a design layer, in this order in a thickness direction, wherein the design layer includes an organic colorant; and on a first surface located on the design layer side based on the metal substrate, the decorative member includes a region X having a flop index of 4.5 or more.
