Abstract
Hydraulic binder composition, which comprises steel slag or a mixture consisting of steel slag and calcium carbonate, and at least one modifier additive, modifying the setting reaction of said steel slag, in a quantity between 0.1 and 20% by weight with respect to the weight of the steel slag.
