Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a novel polynucleotide exhibiting promoter activity, and a method for producing L-isoleucine by using same. A microorganism into which the novel polynucleotide of the present disclosure, in which specific positions of promoter regions of an NCgl2412 gene, an NCgl2046 gene, and/or an NCgl1896 gene are mutated, is introduced has significantly increased L-isoleucine productivity, and thus the novel polynucleotide can be effectively used to efficiently produce L-isoleucine.
