Abstract
The present disclosure provides an antibody pair capable of binding to human mature prolactin, which comprises: a first monoclonal antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof capable of binding to the N-terminal region of human mature prolactin, and a second monoclonal antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof capable of binding to the C-terminal region of human mature prolactin. The present disclosure also provides a method for measuring prolactin in a biological sample using the antibody pair of the present disclosure.
