Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for efficiently preparing a vinyl chloride-based polymer having a high plasticizer absorption rate and an appropriate average particle diameter by using an optimal combination of a first dispersant and a second dispersant and terminating a reaction at an appropriate point of time.
