Abstract
The present invention provides a composition comprising:a hexafluoropropene trimer represented by C<sub>9</sub>F<sub>18</sub>; and(i) C<sub>m</sub>F<sub>2m</sub> and/or C<sub>n</sub>F<sub>(2n-2)</sub> where m is an integer of 4 to 12 except 9 and n is an integer of 4 to 12, (ii) water where a content of the water relative to a total amount of the hexafluoropropene trimer represented by C<sub>9</sub>F<sub>18</sub> regarded as 100 parts by mass is from 0.0001 to 0.1 parts by mass, and/or (iii) fluoride ions where a content of the fluoride ions relative to the total amount of the hexafluoropropene trimer represented by C<sub>9</sub>F<sub>18</sub> regarded as 100 parts by mass is from 0.0000001 to 5 parts by mass.
