Abstract
Disclosed is a Toll-like receptor agonist, which is a Class C CpG-ODN that can effectively activate TLR9. Its nucleotide sequence comprises any one of the modified or unmodified nucleotide sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 1-4. The Toll-like receptor agonist has a significant effect in inhibiting tumor growth. The lipid-encapsulated Toll-like receptor agonist provided can inhibit tumor growth, prevent tumor recurrence, and improve immune activation efficiency alone or in combination with an additional therapeutic agent, and exhibits improved performance compared to free Toll-like receptor agonists.
