Abstract
A cold-rolled steel sheet containing a high carbon content of 0.80 mass% to 1.25 mass% that achieves both excellent machinability and blanking workability. The cold-rolled steel sheet has a defined chemical composition, and cementite particles having an area of 0.06 µm<2> or more have an average particle size of 0.65 µm or less, an A value is 2.0 mass% or more, a number density of voids having an area of 0.01 µm or more is 50,000/mm<2> or more, and a Vickers hardness is 200 HV or more and 400 HV or less.
