Abstract

A method of manufacturing a fabric for clothes includes a defibrating step of defibrating a raw material in a dry condition to produce fibers, a mixing step of mixing an additive with the fibers obtained in the defibrating step to produce a mixture, an accumulation step of accumulating the mixture in air on a fabric to be a first layer having air permeability to produce a web to be a second layer, a forming step of stacking the fabric and the web and forming by heating and pressurizing, an attaching step of attaching a fabric to be a third layer to at least one of the first layer and the second layer, and a coating step of coating the third layer with a treatment agent for improving a warmth retaining property.
