Abstract

A compressor unit includes a first spillback unit that returns hydrogen gas discharged from an early compression stage to a suction flow path, an adjustment means that adjusts the processing amount of the hydrogen gas processed by a subsequent compression stage, a pressure sensor, an upstream side pressure sensor, and a controller. The controller can execute a first control and a second control, the first control being of controlling the adjustment means so as to adjust the processing amount in the subsequent compression stage based on the pressure acquired by the upstream side pressure sensor, and the second control being of controlling the first spillback valve so as to bring the intermediate pressure acquired by the pressure sensor within a predetermined pressure range.
