Abstract

A vacuum pad (10A) uses a vacuum to clamp a workpiece (W), said vacuum pad comprising: a hollow pad body (16) that has a clamping surface (14) which contacts the workpiece; an annular attachment part (18) that is provided to the pad body and that is for attachment to a first support member (200); and a valve unit (50) that is provided to the inside of the attachment part and that adjusts the flow rate of air flowing through a suction flow path (52) which sucks air from an internal space of the pad body.
