Abstract
The present invention provides a cooling system (1) for an in-bore equipment of a medical apparatus, comprising: a compact fan (11) which is resistant to magnetic interference, a radio frequency, RF, shield (12) comprising a RF shielding housing (111) which completely encloses the compact fan (11), wherein the housing (111) comprises an air-in duct (112) and an air-out duct (113), and RF shielding mesh parts (121, 122) covering the air-in duct (112) and the air-out duct (113). In this way, a solution for efficient and localized cooling inside the bore of the medical apparatus is provided, to enhance the performance, the efficiency of medical apparatus and to improve the patient comfort.
