Abstract

The invention relates to a server device for data transfer with an isolated target device. The server device includes an external communication interface to communicate with a remote server for sending device data and receiving update packets containing target device identification and payload data. A data processor partitions a coverage area into bounded sections, generates a stochastic model of location states and transitions, maps the area, and determines routes for guiding a mobile device to the target device.The mobile device features a communication interface to receive updates and instructions from the server device and connect to the target device to deliver the update. It also includes a security interface for capturing a user's security feature and a mobile processing unit to authorize the data transfer when identifications match. Also a corresponding method and system are disclosed.
