Abstract

A computer-implemented method for assessing trustability of operator feedback from an operator (100) of a control system (10) of an industrial plant (10), wherein the method comprises:- obtaining current error data from an error prediction model (15) of the control system (10), wherein the current error data is indicative of a current error (2) in the industrial plant (20), and wherein the error prediction model (15) is based on machine learning;- obtaining different error data, wherein the different error data is indicative of one or more different errors (4, 5), which are different from the current error (2);- providing an operator request (6) on an operator interface (14) of the control system (10), wherein the operator request (6) relates to the current error (2) and the one or more different errors (4, 5);- obtaining operator feedback from the operator (100) on the operator interface (14) in response to the operator request (6) provided thereon; and- assessing the trustability of the operator feedback based on the operator feedback, the current error data and the different error data.
