Abstract
The automatic response device (10) includes a memory part (14) for storing each of a plurality of vehicle signals linked to vehicle operation needs in a vector format, an input processing part (31) configured to vectorize an inquiry text corresponding to an input from a user, and a signal extraction part (32) configured to extract a vehicle signal suitable for the inquiry text from among the plurality of vehicle signals by comparing the inquiry text vectorized by the input processing part (31) with the vehicle operation needs.
